Can you tell me if they still have a light breakfast available each morning in the Ocean Plaza area?

 

Also do they still do the Salad bar in the Ocean Plaza area for Lunch?

 

Which Dining room is anytime dining?

Yes to your first two questions and the Aft MDR is used for YTD.  This is based on the last time I was on Vista in 2017.

I referred to it as the "secret breakfast location" ... While people were standing in line up at the buffet, I was having a leisurely meal in the Ocean Plaza...

I remember seeing people eating breakfast there. I'm not sure about lunch. The aft dining room is ATD.

The way vista is setup it's easy to forget about ocean plaza. It's almost an area for havana people because there's really no reason to walk back there if you aren't in a havana cabin.
