Thanks No worries, it's there ..... It's the same for my wife every time we cruise NCL . We are Silver and it always says it's her first time. OP: your husband needs to do that for his own account. (He should create one on NCL.com if he doesn't already have one.) Also, NCL's web site says that "We can only credit your Latitudes Rewards account with missing points for cruises taken within the last 12 months," so it's always good to check, not long after a cruise, that NCL has properly recorded your Latitudes points.
