For such a classy guy, and I do believe that you are, that was a most out of character thought, doubtless to be espoused gleefully by the great unwashed as a method of laundering their obc. I'm reminded of an overzealous Travel Agent who was discovered to be subletting single nights in an Owners Suite on the Riviera. Following the money is so exhausting, these days.... One cannot order from the chef whatever they wish - the menu is from Toscana and Polo.
