Halifax board walk - pedicabs

I think I remember there were pedicabs on the boardwalk in years past.  This May I did not see them, but we were there very early.  Are they there now, or will they be there first week of October?

I do not know for sure. However in July we were on the boardwalk and I do not recall seeing any.

We have been there several times and I don't recall ever seeing pedicabs.

They were there in past years, but I don't remember seeing them last August. I'll be there next month and report back what I see.

We usually walk down to the Maritime Museum, but DH has back issues, and may not be able to do that walk.  I'm looking for a plan B, in case we can't do the walk.  Maybe a taxi, but taxis don't usually like those really short trips.
