Which cabin on Escape would you choose

We are currently booked in an aft balcony cabin on deck 14 on the Escape.  My CAS contact says I can have the aft cabin comped OR a mini suite mid ship comped.  I went with the aft cabin but now I am wondering if I made the right choice.  What would you choose?

I would for sure choose the aft balcony any day!! The mini suite will only get you a bigger/nicer bathroom and that's about it. You won't get any "suite" perks as the mini suite is basically a deluxe balcony cabin

I've read where people rave about the Aft Balcony and the views as you sail. Personally I'd be tempted to take the Mid Ship Suite if it were a few Decks lower where there isn't as much rock'n roll'n, but given it's on Deck 14......you made a good choice

We’ve stayed in both and while the Aft is great we totally Love the mid ship location kinda close to the elevators 

 

Mid ship makes it closer to everything and is def less rocking and rolling 

 

Also the choice of the mini suite would make it a easier decision as well....slightly bigger cabin and better bathroom with a spa bathtub on most ships

Aft balcony is a premium location if you plan on spending time on the balcony. Getting off the ship is faster from the aft section than the forward,
