The MDR food was not up to par and not served hot, I know "It's the MDR, not specialty", still below any expectation. We did try the Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail offered at an extra charge, and found those items were pretty darn good. We also had Chops Grille, which was also very good....Prime Rib and Roasted Chicken. Breakfast was very challenging, nothing was done right, needed steak knife to cut toast, scrambled eggs was like yellow mud.....all edible, still below expectations

Some, like myself, would like to know if they are tipping correctly, and some starting off in cruising don't want to run out of cash funds during a sailing by overtipping.

We have prepaid grats. I also throw another 20% at specialty dining, this way I know they have been compensated, can't rely on prepaid grats flowing to staff IMO.

I've got a question on tipping, figure I'd drop it here. We book Balcony cabins, usually tip the steward $150 - $200 for a 7 day cruise, Boss Lady sez I over tip everywhere we go.....is she correct ?.....am I overdoing it ?......I also tip at specialty dining even though gratuities are included when purchasing the package.

Upcoming 7 day Bahamas, might visit the Port, mostly staying onboard. We'll bring $700.....100 singles, the rest 5's and 10's for tips, usually charge any purchases.

Personally, we are doing Hideaway strictly for the "Adult only".....hopefully they enforce it, plus we bought at 50% off.

I believe it was a you tube from Don's Family Vacstions. They could have you contact via phone to question the charge get your info claiming to reverse the charges, meanwhile slamming you charge card. As long as the number you are calling is a true business #, should be no problem. Could also you tube Scammer Payback to see how it's done.

That is how the scammers contact thier victims, usually a phone # with the email to contact, my understanding it that it looks very convincing, just putting it out there, as long as you are sure of who you will be talking to, proceed.

There has been a scam going around where it looks like an actual charge from the cruise line, instead is a scammer fishing for victims. Hopefully this is not the case, and a mistake that can be reversed.

From what I see, looks to be facing toward the front. I personally avoid the angle balcony being it's not as private, people can see your balcony.
