POA - Haven?

On non-haven ships there is still a butler who delivers treats to your room, can arrange in-room dining from any restaurant on board, and will bring you anything else you need.... concierge who will make reservations for you (dining, shore excursions, spa, escort for priority debarkation at ports and at the end of the cruise, and priority embarkation at the start...), and a specialty breakfast/lunch for suite passengers.  I don't know which venue holds this on the POA, but it will be one of specialty restaurants.

Adding on to what rjm11 said, you should receive 3 bottles of wine or booze. I think because of Hawaii law it is wine, but someone will correct me if I’m wrong. We also enjoyed unlimited soda and water being in an owners suite.

Thanks for the input!  I'm glad that we'll be able to receive some perks even though there is no "Haven" specific area.  We have never used the Haven on NCL - will we need to make specialty dining reservations prior to boarding or will our Butler take care of items such as this?  I don't want to be locked out, I'm just not familiar with the process.

P.S.  Three bottles of wine is a good start!  🙂

At some point before you sail you should receive a list of eligible booze (wine or liquor) to choose from.

Your concierge can help with reservations once you get on board. You can make your own reservations (online or by phone) sometime around 100 days out from sailing. For me the toughest reservations, if not made in advance, were the last night or two of a cruise. I think cruisers like to finish out their trip with a specialty restaurant.

Hawaii is amazing - enjoy!

You can make reservations online 130 days prior to  departure on your MyNCL account. Onboard, you can as the Concierge to help you with dining reservations. The concierge has the ability to oversell a restaurant, but once a restaurant is fully booked, even the concierge can't get a seat. Think about taking advantage of the local cuisine during your two overnight port calls.

On POA there are about five types of OS spread from deck 8-13.  Some have jacuzzis on the deck.  Balcony size will vary widely.

You will have unlimited in room water and soda plus three bottles of wine or champagne from a list.  You also get a champagne for the room category but sometimes NCL cheaps out and gives you a sparkling wine.

You get free room service, but unlike other ships, you can't order from Cagney's.  Cagney's will be your suite breakfast and lunch spot.  Good food plus a buffet with items at breakfast.
