Being that you can’t check the USB yourself onboard, unless you have a computer, some of them are missing. Who do I contact to get them since I already paid for them? SiliconCruiser Posted August 22, 2019 #3 Share Posted August 22, 2019 (edited) You can try contacting Princess, your photos have a bar code on the edge that they might be able to use to recover them if they keep the information in their system after scanning them. You may need to call several times since their call center seems to yield varying and inconsistent information, and sometimes it sounds like the agent may be making up the answer on the fly. Next time, I am going to use the computer room to check before I get off the ship. They delete all the photos by the time we are disembarking. Sorry about that.
