If I remember correctly, it almost always takes the Club Royale Call Center employee more than 15 minutes to check some prices for me. Currently I am on the phone with them checking a price for a ocean view balcony price. 22 minutes past already.....

what is your experience? Thanks,

just off the phone..... making it over 40 minutes. I admit that this phone could be more complex than previous ones I made. But it is still surprised me the long time it take to change my stateroom from one category to another. (P.S. I have provided the room number I would like to be in at the very beginning of the call, and my credit card is on file. So the agent basically does not need much information from me.)

Just curious if anyone know the casino pricing system. Why everytime the agent has to spend such a long time checking some basic information? Thanks,

On the weekends many of the calls get routed to their Caribbean Call Center where they seem less experienced and/or don't have the same systems access (Just supposing-don't have the real info). While they are all nice I've also had experiences where it's taken an inordinate amount of time.

I always call first thing in the morning, and then you may get a person with such a strong accent that they are hard to understand. I used to call in the afternoon, after work but now that I'm retired I can make the call shortly after they open. This is my first year being Prime and they keep sending me a list of free cruises to choose from. We just did Alaska as our Comp'd cruise.

"they keep sending" you "a list of free cruise"?

Aren't you just supposed to get a free annual cruise as Prime member? And the free annual cruise cert can be used for any cruise up to 8 days.

Do you mean that you got more than one free cert?

Since making Prime I have received one mailing list of 5-7 day cruises to pick from and they just sent me one with several 3-5 day cruises. I have to pay taxes and fees for any of the ones on the list. These are in addition to my Prime certificate in which we went to Alaska in June. I have to book the 3-5 day cruise before mid October.

You can check for offers at clubroyaleoffers.com    You input your last name and crown and anchor number and your offers and expiratiion dates are listed.  Often there are offers listed there that you haven't received information on.  If you call the Casino Royale number they can email you a copy of what ships, dates and type of room is available for a specific offer.

Do you mind me asking how you were able to use the prime certificate for June when the certs didnt come out until mid-April.  was it a new booking or they applied it for you early before final payment?
