grod19 Posted August 25, 2019 #1 Share Posted August 25, 2019 Does anyone know of a playground near the port? We are traveling with an 18 month old and he loves the swings and slide and we would like to let him run around a little when we get to port. We are stopping at: SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO PHILIPSBURG, ST. MAARTEN ST. JOHNS, ANTIGUA CASTRIES, ST. LUCIA BRIDGETOWN, BARBADOS BASSETERRE, ST KITTS & NEVIS And would love to know if there is a park near any of those piers. I will post the same message on those boards as well
paul58 Posted August 26, 2019 #2 Share Posted August 26, 2019 I am not aware of any playgrounds near the port in St Kitts. There may be some playground equipment at the elementary schools.

Not sure about the surrounding area.
paul58 Posted August 26, 2019 #4 Share Posted August 26, 2019 It looks like it may be a little hike up to Dorset Park from the port. It looks like the basketball court is the main activity there.
ship-shore Posted October 7, 2019 #5 Share Posted October 7, 2019 You dock right in Old San Juan in Puerto Rico, right? There are 2 hop on hop off trolleys that goes around old town. One does the perimeter the other goes into town and both are free. In town there is a walking park area with vendors and kids running all around. I don't know if it has playground equipment but he would be able to run.
