Didn't realize it was part of the buffet. It had it in 2017, apparently. Will let a recent Conquest cruiser answer about now. Sorry.

It's my understanding they still have it but they also have the Guy Fieri BBQ sauces available to go with it.  It is upstairs in the Lido Marketplace space.

Yes, Up the stairs from the buffet!

Just off Conquest 8/24 to 8/31 sailing.  The BBQ is aft on deck 10, just above the buffet dessert area.  As usual, it was pretty empty on embarkation day when we went, but gets busier as the week goes on and more pax "discover" it.
