While looking at the O website footer, I saw that there is a label under Guest Services called Update Marketing Preferences. You can take yourself off lists.

That's always been available (but worth mentioning once in awhile).

Another little something to note: when you board an Oceania ship and first sign on to the internet, you may want to NOT check the box asking if you want promo materials emailed to you. If you do check it you'll start getting two to three promo emails per week.
