We are on the Summit now. Around day 3 I believe, we booked the 1st one you listed but in reverse order. St. Lucia and Barbados will be new ports for us and we liked the other 3. Besides, we plan on flying in a day or two early to spend some in PR.

Thanks to everyone for the input - it's great to know that we can't lose with any of these itineraries. We do plan to stick to the San Juan departure. We adore old San Juan and want to fly in a day or two earlier to explore more. as to doing all 3 and a B2B2B, well, maybe after we retire! I think that would be our days off for the year. 

 

Looks like I have some more research to do.....

No question, for me it would be option 3.  We just love the ABC islands!

Sorry for the delay. You asked about shopping at Crown Bay. There isn't much. There is a covered walkway beyond the pier and toward the taxi stands. There are a few of the usual jewelry stores and kiosks with crafts and clothing. There is a sundry store for knick nacks and snacks and drinks etc. There was not a sit down restaurant in February.

A couple of the jewelry stores have a varied inventory and may have different items than their Charlotte Amalie, Havensight, Red Hook and hotel locations. (I'm from a family of jewelers so I notice inventories.) 

If you want to avoid the area you can by walking straight toward the parking lot. There are no sidewalks in the parking area so be careful. You can still walk around to the taxi area.
