Can teenagers leave the ship without an adult-Coco Cay

We will be in Coco Cay this November.  I imagine my teens might like to sleep in and join us on the beach later in the day.  Will they be allowed to leave the ship?  Or will we have to trudge back to the ship to meet them so they can leave with us?

No, minors cannot leave the ship in any port without an adult.  They can get back on the ship without an adult, but they have to be with an adult to leave the ship, even at Coco Cay or Labadee.

My son used to leave with an older family friend and say it was his uncle and nobody questioned it.  But they never let him off without some sort of an adult going with him until he turned 18yo.
