Airport to Pier on Oahu

We use Uber in Honolulu and it's easy to get an UberX from the airport (most of the UberX drivers are spouses of military people stationed there so added bonus of supporting that). Usually about $30 to where we usually stay in Waikiki not far from the pier so the pier might be a tiny bit less.

We used Johnny Cab from the HNL airport to the pier in April and the cost was $23.32.

This was for 2 adults, a suitcase and a wheelchair.  (Looks like their price went up a little.)

This is direct from their website:

Honolulu Pier
Transportation between Airport and Honolulu Pier.

1 - 2 passengers - $25
$6 each additional passenger

Thank you for your recommendations. We have booked Johnny Cab for $30.00 plus gratuity. They were very nice and quick with responses. However they did make it clear that a gratuity is so so appreciated. Maybe some people have not been giving gratuities lately.

I will update this post once I have completed their service.

We just spent 10 days on Oahu and booked Hawaii23 for transportation from airport to Waikiki. Cost was $30 for three in a private van. When we walked out of baggage claim, a Johnny Cab was waiting for us. Driver told me they are owned by cousins and work together when needed. So don’t be surprised if you get a Johnny Cab van or a Hawaii 23 van. Service was excellent.

Hawaii23 is a tiny company, but very popular on TripAdvisor, so they sometimes need help from others. All very good, all the way round.

The booking we reserved with Johnny Cab was perfectly fine and everything went smoothly with the pick-up at the airport and the drive to the pier.

We were 3 people with one being elderly with a foldable walker.  The van was large for our 3 pieces of luggage and the walker and our carry-ons.

The driver was very nice and helpful and we made sure to give him a gratuity.

He was on time and was very pleasant.  We will not hesitate to use Johnny Cab in the future when we visit Oahu.
