if you go to Art Mel's you really can't eat the sandwich there.

Most who go will just schlep back and eat it in a park-- you have a little area right outside where your ship will be on Front Street or the larger Queen Elizabeth Park. Point Pleasant Park right by the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club is also quite nice as its right on the water and there are a few benches. The sandwich itself is wrapped in tinfoil and is usually warm by the time we get back to the main part of town.

The Crown & Anchor at the Hamilton Princess has the same sandwich on their all day menu-- literally a carbon copy-- and its about 94.7% as good as Art Mel's. Close, but not quite but will satisfy if you don't want to take a cab ride. Oh- and its about $12 more expensive so theres that. But there are seats and someone will clean up after you.

I haven't had it outside of these two but I've heard from others there are a few pubs on Front Street that have their own iteration of it at a reasonable price-- but cannot personally attest to the quality as I can the two I describe.
