Ah...I have the deluxe beverage package. I was wondering if a milkshake at JRs on the Explorer would be included in the drink package.

Yes, it would be included.  The only question I cannot answer is whether they will let you have your complimentary milkshake without purchasing food.

This is on Explorer?

I have not been on Explorer, but the last several cruises (admittedly on Freedom) we have never had a problem. Being return cruisers we had a buy one/get one coupon for the milkshakes, but never used it as they took our beverage package. We could not stay to drink it there, but needed to take it to go. If this has changed since April, or if they don't follow it fleet wide I am not sure.

Reason I asked is that this is one of the things that does indeed vary ship to ship.

Yes, that sucks. A year or so ago the flyers advertising what was included had it in the "fine print"  (July of 2018)image.png.76a0c50a86bba3a9ddcb4760bb539428.png

But going out there today and it isn't on it.....
