Beach BBQ day for Windward Ways & Tobago Cays

We are sailing on Wind Surf departing Barbados on January 25, 2020 on Windward Ways & Tobago Cays. Does anyone know which port will be our Beach BBQ? The deck BBQ? I’m starting to look at our options for the different ports and it would be nice to have an idea of when these events might take place.

MAN-O-WAR BAY, CHARLOTTEVILLE, TOBAGO

MAYREAU, ST. VINCENT GRENADINES
SOUFRIERE, ST. LUCIA
AT SEA
KRALENDIJK, BONAIRE

WILLEMSTAD, CURACAO

ORANJESTAD, ARUBA

Mayreau for Beach BBQ and likely Bonaire for Deck BBQ as this is only late night in port and this is when they usually have it.
