Empress of the Seas - do they have Nightly Happy Hour?

Hi all,

Tried to find thread that talked about Empress / Happy Hour - without success.  Understand there is no D Lounge but do they have a designated place for Happy Hour?

I believe Empress has one gathering on the first night, and all the other nights are via the three drink vouchers.

No, though one bar may have many Ds gathering.
