Question for recent cruisers: What time cabins will be available for passengers after turn over on arrival day after check in?

We are sailing on Rhapsody OTS from Venice.

Normally between 1pm and 1:30pm.

Is it different if you've paid for a suite?

Only if you have booked a Star class suite on an Oasis or Quantum class ship.

I'm booked on a 

"Grand suite with large balcony"

on the Quantum.  

 

Is that Star class?  (sorry for the basic q - my first Royal cruise and second cruise)

The past couple of weeks staterooms were ready at 13.00.Departure was delayed however until 19.00.
All aboard and muster drill times stayed the same.
