Cartegena

We are sailing to Cartegena on our Panama Cruise and would like a recommendation for a restaurant that serves arepas and bandeja de pais. We were fortunate enough to visit Bogotá with residents as our hosts. We ate excellent food  for great prices and would like to experience the same in Cartegena. Has anyone gone off the ship and sampled restaurants on their own? Thank you in advance.
