Ah. Never heard of that (I do see the recommendation to add it to Prosecco right there on the bottle).

If you added some lemon juice as well as the gin, and a tiny bit of sugar syrup you would have one of my favourite cocktails - a French 75.  However if it was made with Pol Acker I can't guarantee it would still be my favourite! 🙂
