Roll Call Question: Separate for Cruise Tour or Combined with Cruise Only?

We just booked a 13-day (11B) Alaskan cruise tour for August 2021.  Since half of this is basically a cruise that can be booked separately, do folks usually establish a combined roll call used by both those taking the cruise tour and those only doing the cruise, or do people usually create separate roll calls for the cruise tours?

Cruise Critic Roll Call threads are for cruise departure dates only. Note the following from How To: Create A New Roll Call :

 

 ... In the Title Box, type the name of your ship, your sail date and year...
