Question for you? Has the temperature been warm enough to be outside in the loungers in a bathing suit while the ship is moving on sea days?

Yes.  The first sea day and last sea day (today) we were up on Deck 19 forward near Vibe.  It was very windy but not cold.  Closer to the pool and in Spice it was less windy but also not cold.  Port days when we stayed on the ship we were by the pool because it was hot and had to sit in the pool to cool off.

Yes!  We were up on Deck 19 forward outside Vibe area for both sea days.  It was pretty windy but not cold (and I live in Florida).  Closer to the pool and in Spice it was even warmer.  Port days on the ship were very warm so we were in the pool a lot to cool off.

It’s time to get off!  We had a great cruise!  Can’t say enough about the friendly crew we encountered.  The whole tender issue in Roatan and Cozumel was a little chaotic, from what we heard, so it was a good thing we just stayed onboard.  This was our 3rd time on the Escape and it did not disappoint.  Hopefully the rumors won’t be true and they don’t put the go kart track on this ship.  I’m sure they will take away the public sun deck on 19 and expand Vibe so they can make more money but hope that’s all.

For all those getting on the Escape in the upcoming weeks hope you have a great cruise!!

I know smoking is a heated discussion but did you happen to see where the smoking sections were?

The smoking sections that I noticed were on the starboard side by bar of H2O, Deck 17 above pool by that bar up there and the casino.  There was no smoking on the Waterfront (at least I didn’t notice).  We do not like smoke smell but it didn’t bother us when we were walking through decks 6, 7 or 8.
