NCL table play points?

Beginner here (although experienced blackjack player).  Any idea how points are earned?  And are they based only on total dollar play volume ultimately, win or lose?  TIA

They base it by your average bet and time played

Always talk to the pit to ask how they are rating you.  Be curious and they will interact with you more and pay closer attention and help your ratings
