Calling HAL re: possible Black Friday promo with booking done thru a TA

This has probably been answered before but ---- we are booked thru a company TA for an April cruise....can we call HAL & see if we can be refared with the BF promo of prepaid gratuities since we are in a suite?  Or should we start with the agency we used?  TIA.

If you booked through a TA, it has to be done through them.

The sale is on for a few days so your TA should be available in time.

 

Otherwise you need to do a new booking and then cancel your old one with your TA and, assuming the TA gave you perks, you’d need to arrange for the transfer which is not as easy as it used to be.

 

IMO - if you like your TA and are happy with the, I”d be waiting for them.
