Does Move Up Program include Upgraded Dining, etc.

If your bid to move up to Aqua Class or a suite is accepted, do you also get the right to dine in Blu or Luminae, respectively or are you eligible for Michaels Club.? I understand that your perks do not change but is dining treated as a perk ?

Yes

 

If you are upgraded to Aqua you will get Blu as your dining room and if SkySuite or above you will have Luminae as your dining room and have access to Retreat / Retreat Sundeck.

If, by any chance you are successful in a Move Up to a suite that comes with unlimited specialty dining, you will also be able to enjoy that dining perk as well.
