Can someone help me with information on this?  Am I correct that this can only be booked once onboard?  
 

Isn’t there a Diamond + discount that can also be used?

First night done right was booked on line but I believe it is now discontinued and wasn't available for our Explorer cruise in October.

We always book our D+ BOGO when we get on board.

I believe it is not offered anymore (?)
But the Diamond plus BOGO does exist and can be availed on any of the first two nights. As far as I know, it can be only booked on board.
