I read that our drink package is available on the island.

 

All I have seen referenced for "Chill Island"  is get a cold beer.

 

Is there a dedicated bar on Chill Island?

Yes,  a few.  And you can use your drink package at all of them!  Or if you have a cabana or beach bed, your attendant can get drinks for you using you drink package.

There were more bars than showed up on the maps I saw ahead of time. The wacky seagull and wacky seagull jr were close to chill. But there was also a bar at chill grill and a bar set up in the same area as the floating bar on “south beach” plus other bars closer to the ship. Lots more bars than I expected. Which was nice since we never had to wait long. Plus bar waiters walking around!
