Brightline Miami parking

Hello,

Had anyone parked at the brighline Miami parking lot? Was it secure? I'm doing a back to back and was going to park at the port to be safe but came across this parking lot that seems secure. Can anyone with experience/ locals weigh in on this.

I've parked at both Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach BrightLine stations, and have been pleased.  Indoor, tower type, well lighted.  If you do decide to park with BL, you will need to down load their app and register the vehicle.

 

I've never parked in the Miami facility.

The safest and most convenient parking in Miami is at the port.

In my experience, this is true for cruise passengers.

You'll have to Uber/Lyft/Taxi to the port from the Brightline lot. It should be fine.

 

The port is easier and certainly safer choice for you car. 

 

But I would not hesitate parking my car in Downtown Miami garage. You'll hear/see stories of bashed windows etc.. and that can happen/does happen just as it does anywhere else. It likely won't happen at the port though due to tight security and being an island away from Downtown. That being said, been parking my car in Downtown Miami for 15-years, 4 years in a garage that was open to the public 24/7 never had an issue.
