The ship may leave at 3:30, but you need to be onboard 90 minutes before that, and the port's an hour from the airport.

Arriving at 11 a.m. isn't a great idea, but probably will work if nothing goes wrong. Buy trip insurance!

I looked it up and it takes 3-4 hours to get from MCO to Port Canaveral (if that's what you mean by PC).  I'd suggest you fly in the day before if possible.

Not sure where you looked but the drive from Orlando to PC takes just under an hour. From Orlando to Port Everglades or Miami is 3.5-4+ hours.

hrhdhd is correct, you are cutting it WAY to close! :classic_ohmy: For a 3:30 cruise departure you need to be at check in NLT 2:00. With an hour cab or Uber ride that translates into off the plane, collect your bags, and be on the road by 1:00.  If your flight is delayed by even a bit you will miss the ship.  Either arrive MUCH earlier in the day or better yet fly in at least one day early.
