We made reservations for pick up at the airport with CityCab https://www.citycabpr.com/ which gets good reviews. I know we gave them all information but have

not gotten any confirmation . Has anyone used this company?  If so did you hear from them promptly or did it take several days? TIA

why not do uber or use taxi?

I haven't heard of them, but like hal2008 suggested, maybe just use a taxi or uber.  There is a taxi stand directly outside of the baggage claim with lots of taxis ready to go.  And they are now letting ubers pick people up at the airport, so that's a great option, too (usually slightly cheaper than a taxi).  We've done both taxi and uber in San Juan multiple times with no problems.
