Formal nights on SOS

We're sailing seven nights (eastern Caribbean) in February on Symphony of the Seas. Anyone know which nights are formal nights? Thank you in advance for replies.

knowing that they sail from Saturday (starting in Miami) and going to Saturday, is that Sunday night for Day 2 and Thursday night for day 6?

Correct, the day you get on the ship is Day 1.
