Rare ORV Posted January 8, 2020 #76 Share Posted January 8, 2020 I don't think anyone is going to be serving you on the balcony in a Concierge, unless you bring along a third for your room. Or maybe the husband serves the wife or vice versa, or one partner serves the other. Just musing.
Rare pinotlover Posted January 8, 2020 #77 Share Posted January 8, 2020 I don’t believe even your Butler will serve you dinner on your veranda in a PH. Perhaps a larger suite. Seems to me he set our meal/courses up on the table as normal and we carried it out to eat as we choose. Worked OK with appetizers, but not with main meal. Not a fan of eating out of my lap. And I'm not looking to work on my vacation, so not doing prep is a bonus 🙂 I just figured it would be a fun way to pass some time and many pick up a new recipe or two. I know nothing of English cooking (beyond bangers and mash), so this should be a lark. t will be fun if you go in with the right attitude.... I find i amusing to see the photos and ads showing people in robes sipping orange juice coffee and pastries sitting on their veranda............
