Anybody Remember the Old Murano Martini Ingredients from the Martini Bar?

My favorite Martini Bar drink on the 2009 maiden Atlantic crossing on Equinox was a martini called the Murano.  It was orange-flavored.  Does anybody have the recipe or a list of ingredients?

As far as I remember, it contained THE FOLLOWING:

Orange Juice, Amaretto, & Orange Vodka and a fresh orange slice. It think it may also have contained a bit of orange marmalade.

I’d love to recreate it or ask to have in made on my 20 Jan 2020 Reflection sailing.

I’m actually planning to bring this with me on our Reflection cruise. Once the long-time Martini Bar flair bartender remembered how to make a Murano; other times, they look at me like I have 2 heads. Once the bartender actually knew the “recipe” but didn’t have one of the ingredients. I’m thinking of bringing along a small jar of Orange marmalade, just in case.
