FLL for a few hours

We have a flight out of FLL at 3:55pm and are wanting to spend a few hours after debarking to look around and have lunch. Where is a good area to explore and can anyone recommend a good restaurant? Open to any food options. Thanks!

Pay to store your bags at the airport, or use your cruise line's luggage express.  Then ride the water taxi, see the city and find a fun place for lunch.

Luggage is the X factor.  But providing you have luggage sorted out (if your cruise can handle it, great), I would recommend the Hollywood Broadwalk.  Maybe a famous burger at Le Tub or try something at 5 O Clock bar next door.  Also Landshark Bar is good across the street.  You can pick up the water taxi at 5 O Clock Bar and ride back up to ft Lauderdale.  Then grab an Uber from there to the port.  The Broadwalk is also excellent to stroll and enjoy the beach.
