If you're a member of Costco you can get the Citi Costco Visa, fee free except for the Costco membership.

 

You have to play the points game for the Chase Sapphire cards ot justify the annual fees, but both have no foreign transactions fees.  Both have sign up bonuses, a $300 travel credit, and other perks like airport lounge access with the higher fee card to offset the annual fee.
