goracer6 Posted January 16, 2020 #1 Share Posted January 16, 2020 I booked an upcoming cruise with a casino offer of $500 OBC and I think "Drinks on Us". I believe there were other perks but I can not remember. My question is, is there a way to see the original offer or what all is included? I see the OBC on my account but no where does it say about the DOU or other casino perks. Thanks and cheers!
Rare Jamman54 Posted January 16, 2020 #2 Share Posted January 16, 2020 You won't see the casino perks on your summary. Once on board see the casino host. 😎
pe4all Posted January 16, 2020 #3 Share Posted January 16, 2020 Go to the Carnival website, then go to "manage" at the top right of the page and then go to VIFP offers. Any casino offers should be listed there. You will probably have to log in first to see the offers.
Rare Jamman54 Posted January 16, 2020 #4 Share Posted January 16, 2020 That's if his offer hasn't expired. The OP appears to have the Hot Streak offer. 😎
fwbgirlie Posted January 16, 2020 #5 Share Posted January 16, 2020 Go to https://oceanplayersclub.com and select Carnival and there is a contact area. Give them your info and they will email you back with the information of your offer you booked. I just did it this week and got a reply within a day or two.

Djptcp Posted January 17, 2020 #7 Share Posted January 17, 2020 I always keep the original mailings with the offer or I print out the offers if they were received by email. I bring the appropriate one on the cruise with me just in case. I also contact the Players Club for confirmation of the offer and print out their response to bring with me. I discovered on one cruise a long time ago that I wasn't on their list in the casino cage on board and it took a few days to get it straightened out so that I could get my casino cash. This is very important . Keep the original email , print them and bring with you. My hubby booked us on an amazing offer over Thanksgiving that included drinks on us for both of us.Email the players club do not call as we did.Calling does not give you written proof. Live and Learn. We called the players club beforehand confirming all was good and it was. However, when we went to the casino , my drinks on us was not showing and we did not have the print out. Since we failed to bring the paper confirming our offer , which we shouldn't have to but apparently needed to I just dropped the issue.
