Suite Disembarkation on the Edge

Looking forward to our upcoming Edge cruise and am curious if there is any priority disembarkation for Suite guest with the location of the Retreat Lounge on this ship?  We have really liked the convenience of being able walk out of the Retreat Lounge on our past Equinox voyages.  Any feedback or tips would be much appreciated.

Honestly your question is a bit confusing.  On disembarkation day at the end of the cruise you will get a red luggage tag that says Suites/Zenith and you can leave the ship when the numbers start to be called.  You can wait in the Retreat Lounge and get escorted by the concierge too.  Is that answering your question?

On Disembarkation you disembark at any time you wish up until about 9:15.     Your luggage is segregated and available at the same time general disembarkation begins.    On other class ships the Retreat Concierge escort you to the security area but on Edge the Retreat is so far up that they don't do this.  On our cruise we were in the Retreat and they directed us to the forward elevator and we went down to the disembarkation deck and left the ship with no delays.

Thanks Jim this is what I was looking for.  I figured due to the location on Edge the process would be different and you wouldn’t be able to “slip out the secret back door”.  I just wondered if they made any other special accommodations in a designated suite only area to expedite your departure.

I didn't notice anything special.   We just walked out grabbed our bags and were cleared almost immediately.   Having said that we didn't depart until final call at 9:15 as we had a later flight.   

 

I was especially impressed by the CBP agent who waved me over to clear with Iain.   He simply said as a male couple you are welcome to clear as family.      Times sure have changed.

When we sailed last March the Retreat concierge escorted us down the elevator and then deposited in a line with several hundred regular guests. I was quite unimpressed compared to the suite disembarkation on M and S class ships! They did have the facial recognition then which made customs a breeze (when we finally reached customs). For some reason the M and S class ships sailing out of Terminal 25 did not have the facial recognition when we sailed several times during the last 6 months!
