CruiserMemaw Posted January 27, 2020 #1 Share Posted January 27, 2020 When I click on Search Flights, I get an error message saying unable to retrieve flights for this booking. Carnival support is looking into it, but so far has not been able to explain why. Has anyone else had this problem?

frogerina Posted January 28, 2020 #3 Share Posted January 28, 2020 I had the same issue. I didn't book through Fly2Fun, and I'm not using Carnival transportation to the ship. Since I'm coming in the day before and leaving the day after cruise, when I called, was told it didn't really matter. So I found some Southwest flights similar to mine... dltvermont Posted January 29, 2020 #5 Share Posted January 29, 2020 Yeah Ive always wondered why they need to know my specific flight plans. They were made separate from the cruise line. NCL didnt ask for my flight info.
Rare AtSeaWithChris Posted January 29, 2020 #6 Share Posted January 29, 2020 We just recently booked through Fly2Fun and I had an issue with popups being blocked. Once I figured that out it works fine.

Carnival didn't need my flight information, since I am arriving on Friday/leaving Sunday after a Saturday-Saturday cruise. I will not be using their bus transportation, so since my flight plans don't bump up against the cruise dates, the rep I spoke to said it was okay if I manually entered flight date in check in if I wanted, but that it wasn't necessary. I booked my own flights (not through Carnival).
