Using a TA and booking stuff through the app

My SIL is a travel agent.  If I book my cruise through her, can I still book stuff through the app (i.e., Cheers)? Or do I need to go through her to book that too?

you can still use the app. you can also purchase cheers online

Most things you can book.  You cannot set dining reservations, prepay tips, but most other things you can do yourself.

You can prepay tips yourself. You can also make specialty dining reservations.

Even if I am from Canada?  I was thinking there might be some restrictions paying for things since I don't live in the US.
