Victoria: Casinos near pier?

If you look on your World Casino website map and zoom in, you'll find Ogden Point is due south of the Esquimault Bingo flag. Look for the words James Bay - that's the neighbourhood - and the twin rectangles sticking out due west are the two cruise piers. Even if it's a 3+ ship day, you'll tender to the same place so that there only needs to be one access point for CBSA and port security.

 

Only Elements is a real casino, so you're looking at a ~12km cab ride (ballpark $30, ~25min, each way) or the 2 bus on Dallas Rd right outside the pier, connecting to the 50 ($5 daypass for there and back). I think Playtime is closed, so unless you want to play bingo in Equimault, your plans should be pretty solidified now 😉
