May that time never come for you.  I cannot say the same.  Most of the time, the souffle is well prepared and properly cooked.  One evening, ordering the souffle (maybe Rudi's?) in the Pinnacle Grill on a HAL ship, the dessert came under cooked.  After a 3-4 bites, I quit.
