Can I Move Cruise Booking from Club Royale to a Travel Agent?

Hi,

We have a cruise booked through Club Royale.  If we wanted to move it now to an online travel agent - can we do this?   If so, what would be involved - any fees?

 

The cruise was booked with C.R. on February 4, 2019.  Final payment is August 6th.

No.  If transferring it must be done within 60 days of the reservation being created.

Thanks.   But wasn't sure if RC rules applied to Club Royale as we did not book it on a ship.
