Gym Hours and off hours accessible

Per the website the gym has *supervised hours* starting at 8am.  I am wondering if it is possible to go in earlier and use a treadmill and some general weights?

We went to the gym on Viking Sun before 8am and saw it in use late into the evening.  Had it closed only once during rough sea day but that's it.

Thanks! That's what I thought. In previous cruises we went in about 7am and were able to use the treadmills.  With early excursions I was trying to figure out how to continue with our exercise routine.

On our just concluded cruise on Orion I was able to start every morning about 0545.

Subject to sea conditions, on the Sun it was open 24/7
