General question for pre & post cruise hotels for Avalon

We are doing our first "hotel included" cruise with Avalon next year - Budapest to Prague.  I can see the hotels we will be put up in (choice of 3 in Budapest, 2 in Prague), but am wondering what type of rooms do they give for those doing pre and post cruise.  Do they usually get one with a view?  Is it a standard room or one that is a bit better?  

 

I am so used to going to the Hotel website and booking the room I want, so it's hard to let someone else look after this.  The ones in Budapest look like they would have a great view, so really hoping they do. 

 

Any help (and even if you were in a different location, it would probably give me an idea) would be appreciated.
