Irons - Carnival Ecstasy

Are there irons in the staterooms ? Also why is the salon not open from like 12-7 especially on elegant night ? Who wants to get their hair styled early that morning for that evening , weird ....

no irons in staterooms, at one time irons were in laundry rooms but it was a few years ago I tried to iron a shirt so not sure about recently

No irons in staterooms. Fire hazard. However, Carnival ships (with the exception of the Mardi Gras still under construction) all have self serve laundry rooms with irons available.

And no, don't bring an iron. It will be confiscated.

 

The salon is open the bulk of the day, but there are only so many stylists. Its possible that you are booking too late. You can always ask on board.

Ships I've been on have only 2 stylists on duty at any time for some reason.

Don't take clothes needing ironing. I worked in my dad's dry cleaning and laundry business from age 10 to 18. I don't have any clothes that need ironing.
