Norwegian Encore, 7 day NY to Bahamas this fall

Greetings,

 

So, this will be my third cruise with Norwegian but my first not to Alaska.

 

How early does the dinner reservations options become available?  (I think it was 3 or 4 months for Alaska prior to sailing)

 

Are there any excursions that are worth doing? We love water activities.

Dinner reservations open at 120 days out for non-Haven passengers and 130 days out for Haven passengers.
