Luggage Tags...

Hubby and I decided to take advantage of the discounts and book a March cruise. We ended up with a GTY on the Sky. I THINK I may have booked a GTY in the past but cannot think how the luggage tags work with this type of booking. I started to print them out and then realized, of course, no cabin is listed. Do they assign a cabin closer to the cruise and change the tags?? I hate the thought of sending on our luggage with no cabin listed. Any and all info is much appreciated. And yes, I know I can call but isn't this so much more informational??? 😉

Even if you don't have room info and your tags printed out the porters at the pier can put tags on and write in your cabin number.

IF you still have time before your cruise, you can wait until the day or two before cruise to print your luggage tags, as it is possible the room will be assigned by then.  But, don't wait past 24 hour mark!!!

Keep checking your Edocs for the cabin assignment and look for that little suitcase in the middle of

the edocs to PRINT out the luggage tags.

 

You could PRINT out a generic tag and then take a bold black marker to write in the cabin number

even at the pier if necessary. FYI not all ports/piers have porters to write tags i.e. Seattle.

 

But Shirley you should have your cabin number by 24 hours before sailing to fix this !
