What have your wait times been calling Princess today?

I got through at 5pm after about an hour waiting.   The poor woman sounded completely exhausted and I hated to impose on her but she was really helpful.  She didn't know the answer to my question so put me on hold for ten minutes and found out.

I recommend you start calling two minutes before the lines open. I did this Sunday morning and only waited about ten minutes. Also the service rep will be fresh and thinking more clearly since they have not been on the phone for a long time. I got all of my questions answered and even got some extra advice.

If I may ask, could you please share what extra advice you got? I’m sure we would all appreciate any extra advice we could get right now.

This sort of info is only relevant in the moment as things are going to change from day to day and hour by hour.  That said, Mondays are traditionally busy on the phone for Princess.  I got through on Sunday and was able to get an EZ-Air situation fixed.

I was on hold for about 40 minutes.  It took another 45 minutes to sort things out.

The rep says that things are changing every hour and that "Princess has our back".

I booked through the casino and was told that the offer I booked under (which expired)

would be honored to rebook until 12/31/2020.   Rep named Susan was amazing, definitely

grace under pressure.  She deserves a raise.

I called this morning.  We are booked on a 14 day Alaska cruise roundtrip out of LA leaving May 16th.  We are still planning to go, but I was trying to see if I could get upgraded.

I called, went through three different announcements and then the call was answered immediately.

Did not get an upgrade, we booked under a casino rate, and have perks that we would lose if we rebooked, so we kept what we have.  Their website shows lots of cabins available

I called this morning at 8:59am Pacific,  (Name was incorrect in booking) call was answered within 2 minutes.   The agent answering my call was my PCC.   She said PCC  now help out for 2 hours a day.   Call volume has been averaging in the 40,000 per day.
I think I will go buy a lottery ticket.
